A Structured Path Toward Recovery
The program combines clinical oversight, psychological support, somatic integration, traditional therapeutic practices and a carefully structured recovery environment in collaboration with Sadhana Wellness Path Clinic in Samalayuca, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Evidence-Based Clinical Models & Stacking Mechanism
Our treatment model uses an integrated field protocol informed by the Stanford University MISTIC framework pioneered by Dr. Nolan Williams. The program follows a structured sequencing model intended to support the post-acute neuroplastic window through a Neuro-Chemical Stacking Mechanism.
The initial treatment phase consists of 14 days at the clinic. Continued telehealth support follows after the veteran returns home, with a 7-day medical-clinic follow-up scheduled 6 months after initial treatment.
255 Veterans Per Year
Valor To Wellness is structured to serve up to 255 veterans per year, with spouse and family participation included where applicable.
Each cohort includes 15 veterans and follows a 21-day cycle: 14 days of treatment at the clinic, followed by a 7-day medical-clinic follow-up 6 months after initial treatment.
The 21-Day Treatment Cycle
Arrival & Clinical Preparation
Clinical admissions, medical screening and preparation are coordinated before the primary treatment phases.
Psilocybin Ceremony
Administered and managed jointly by the Shaman and medical team. This phase serves as a neurological and emotional opening intended to illuminate core emotional blockages.
Ibogaine Therapy
Administered exclusively by licensed medical staff under continuous cardiologist tracking, with the treatment material describing a deep cognitive review of life choices and core traumas.
5-MeO-DMT / Bufo Alvarius Ceremony
Administered jointly by the Shaman and medical team while the brain is in a highly neuroplastic state following ibogaine, as outlined in the program protocol.
Post-Therapeutic Care
Somatic integration, environmental medicine and targeted physical support continue after the primary treatment phases.
Return Home + Continued Support
After the 14-day cycle is completed and the veteran returns home, ongoing telehealth counseling and psychological integration continue, followed by a strategic Month 6 return to Samalayuca.
